Company need to check with people before selecting the manager, I can say poor management. Managers not guiding the below hierarchy. Just to safeguard themselves they are putting blame on below levels.

Wipro provides an excellent platform to learn and grown on to the next level. There are multiple IJPs that you can apply almost every month once you are eligible for a said designation. You have complete job security if you adhere to the company guidelines and can do multiple company sponsored courses relevant to industry

Payscale in wipro is something that needs a lot of improvement and restructuring
