I will never recommend anyone to join wipro bcoz there are no carrear growth, very less salary increment 2-4% annual hike & work culture is very toxic.

Office politics and manager favouritism, you will get benifits if you are buttering your manager. If you are dedicative and sincere towards your job then it's not use, all the credits will be taken care by your manager.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.
