Work life balance. Empathy from HR always lacks. Out my total work experience I could never get any reply from HR. Even at resignation no HR came up in front. I have to go and ask about my lwd formalities. The WIPRO which I heard when I was a kid is different from what I have seen.

Just a waste company ever no projects no help no hikes no promotions such a wrst one ever I would like to suggest all the freshers who choose Wipro among all the offers they got. NO don't choose it at all it will be such a wrst ever choice u will ever make in ur whole life.

Dislikes

Worst Management Team. Specially Team Leader they are thinking he is the owner of the company. Subhajit Dey in Elevancehealth insurance Team Leader always came late in office. Hr team is the Worst team in kolkata location.

Every IT company has their own flaws which depends on the manager under whom we work. With that being said there were lot of leads and managers who understand people provide support to their team members is great.

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). - Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Monthly medical budget for employees and access to learning portal for up skilling.

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

The work culture and the work life style is really good. Working with the team feels very friendly atmosphere to handle any kind of critical situation we deal it with team

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment.
