Depends on project the Work life balance might be good.

Hike percentage, reffered hike, there is no encouragement/credits for the work which we do Doesn't care about employees in bench. Even if projects aren't there they need you to get into a project or within 30 days you would be relieved from work

Upskill tie ups are good.

Dislikes

HRs won't cares about you are alive or dead. No help arrives on your need. No one responds if you raise a helpline ticket and wait for eternity. Even if you got good appreciation and award recommendations from client your promotion is based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

Manager don't have any technical skillset and in Support role, he thinks its a customer support role and wants to finish call or chat within a minute whilst he doesn't know how much time it takes to resolve the technical issue, and he threatens that he will complaint to HR if asks any questions to him, and all upper hierarchy are afraid of him, and under influence of him.

Pathetic company, need have no feeling for you, and talks illogical all the times which cause more stress and affect your well-being.

As far as one is part of a project all is ok, if they move to bench and unable to to get a project which is most likely due to unavailability of projects then they will get fired. 30 to 45 days of bench followed by 2 months of loss of pay then tata bye bye. The fact is Wipro give a less Salary and provide lot of benefits with job security. I personally feel that giving less pay as compared to other MNCs is a negative things.

Transportation is very bad. The pickup is coming 2 hours early, which reduces our rest time, and the drop-off is delayed by 2 hours, making the workday even longer. Also, the drivers often take the wrong route, increasing the travel time. Since we’re already working 14-hour shifts, this is adding to the fatigue and affecting productivity. Please look into this and help resolve it soon.
