Skill development is very effiecient and effective.
I was not satisfied with Wipro management and HR. They are not bother for employees issues and compensation. Line manager gives false commitment and words to their employees which is really terrible.

Compensation, increment, promotion, Line manager attitude , No team outing

Job is secure in wipro but wipro did not pay their employees in last pandemic who was on bench.

Dislikes
You will get biased managers who generally gives promotions to the people who work from the same base location . If you are working from a remote location you won’t get progressed even if you are being rated as exceptional performer. The ratings given during the appraisal cycle is all myth .
