They force you to take any position even if you don't have experience. I have 5 years of experience as .net developer but they were forcing me to take QA position as they don't have project. We need to take approval for leave from both client and Wipro manager. No promotion. Only one vegetable is available in canteen for all 5 days. No technical maintainance for lifts.
