Growth was not provided and that was one of the reason for me to leave the company after 7 years of long service. Groupism was a major concern. If you are good for your manager you grow. Top management not aware of what middle management is up to ,which makes you feel your efforts are in vein. But there are many managers who are a good example and I cherish their presence
