Tasteless meals and meals rates are high, Manager are not supporting in time of appraisal its just bad for experience and fresher Pay increment policy are also bad do not try to come walk in interview. All services are bad cab are lates 2 to 3 hrs while drop Employees chewing tobacco and spilting. I will never prefer to join wipro..

Prudential team manager dhrumil mastana is the worst manager ever you will meet in your lifetime career, This person just keeps on talking like 🦜 just never stops talking until the person listening get's frustrated and tells him to stop 🛑, but then also this guys keeps on talking and that to out of the topics. Can't explain about how worst management skills this guy has. The team working under him is still suffering a lot but then also they are tolerating the manager. Climate and Office Location is Good. Space and infrastructure is very great. Wipro is a very great company.

Work pressure. Training provided but it is not properly given. No proper support from the some Sernior employees. Team Leader is not proper trained to handle the team. Only production is important employees are not important.

It's Terrible work cultured environment, They not saying anything directly move to other projects without intimation. HR management is also terrible, they are not responding properly, they simply says will get back to you, you can anything the answer is same.

Work culture is great at Wipro. We have Managers and Sr. Managers who take care of our concerns related to anything it could be official or personal.

Dislikes

If anyone is looking for a good salary package Wipro is not the place where he/she should go for. There is no joining bonus, no festive bonus nor there is annual bonus issued to the employee bucket.
