Well I can say if you are joining wipro as a fresher then I will suggest better join some other firm, but yes if you are joining it as an experienced employee then it is very good option. Policies of wipro and facilities are good enough reason to join.

If you have joined as a fresher then you are not going to get good hike.

Job security is the only thing i liked about wipro.

HR policies are such a way that you will find that it doesn't help employees much. Training and skills are not arranged by wipro, you have to be on your own. You wont get much compensation and benefits, sometimes you wont even get annual hike much. No appreciation, No benefits, you dont get anything apart from salary
