Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. About annual ratings from the managers who dont even know how much rating should give to whom based on the performance. I dont think so that 8 years experience employee will never get 2 rating, that too only based on 2 months of the particular project.

Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.
