Good learning platform, leave types are good

Dislikes

Shouldn't involve engineering freshers into calling or plain support role at the start of their career. Hr can be more involved in project, resource managers should be more knowledgeable about the technology they are recruiting, shouldn't pressurise freshers or employees to work for 6days without any compoff.

Company wise Wipro is an awesome company. The uppermost leads are so good and supportive and they with the help of employees have made an awesome job to help in securing job of many employees who were on bench. Perfect learning opportunity one can get here. Only negative feedback whichi have is for the direct reporting manager they are very political they try to plays tricks to warm up their seat at tease their reportees. And even after complaining not much action is taken for such managers. They de motivate and discourage employees so bad that the reportee feels like giving up! You get ample opportunity to learn here. But maintaining 9.5 hrs in campus and 8.75 strict hrs. in odc is a pain. Even though you don't have work sometime still you have to maintain hrs. And during wfh there is no time limit it can bre stretched for 14hrs
