Nothing. Lot of overtime is there so only in scenario where you have tension in your personal life and don't want it to improve you can join Wipro so they won't give you time for your personal life. They official sent a mail to ask emloyees to work 12+ hour and its like this for 6 months and stil continuing. And everything is blamed on COVID bit it is not the case.

Wake up log in system as you'll have a morning call at 9:00 AM work entire day, join compulsory but senseless meetings, work without getting time to piss or eat. Join night call at 9:00PM. Manager aask at night call about your target till next morning.
