Working with wipro is a good experience and work culture . Policies are good and fair.

We can also consider employees working for long term and can give good hike and bonus. Actually people from different company earning more salary ,also need to standardise it. Also career growth is slow and more politics .Can also encourage people who learn new technologies and can give new opportunities.
