Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. If sometimes work is not being done on time or delayed as an average new joinee, then it does not affect that much.

Dislikes

Poor management of giving training and project allocation because you have to work which is below your skill level and even not your skill. Suppose you mentioned one skill in resume, but you will not get project based on that. Project allocation team forces employees on bench to take any project, even which is not at your skill level.

Everything, I work for one of the wipro's client. Wipro make us to work for 9.5 hrs and make us raise the attendance for only 8.5 hrs that extra hour won't reflect anywhere in your production , they say that hr is your break. The skill development program actually exist only on paper. Salary is very meagre not even enough to meet our basic needs. Not strict about dress codes however a descent dress must be worn to office. Lots of opportunities for skill development through udemy tie up and trainings every month. Certifications reimbursement is also there. If you got ti.e tonspend on self development after project work, great company to work for.
