Unskilled managers and egoistic, they ruined employees life as their wish. Suggest not to Join. Organization need to take strict actions on such Managers if they move employees on bench or force to resign.

Transportation is very bad. The pickup is coming 2 hours early, which reduces our rest time, and the drop-off is delayed by 2 hours, making the workday even longer. Also, the drivers often take the wrong route, increasing the travel time. Since we’re already working 14-hour shifts, this is adding to the fatigue and affecting productivity. Please look into this and help resolve it soon.

Hike percentage, reffered hike, there is no encouragement/credits for the work which we do Doesn't care about employees in bench. Even if projects aren't there they need you to get into a project or within 30 days you would be relieved from work

Upskill tie ups are good.

HRs won't cares about you are alive or dead. No help arrives on your need. No one responds if you raise a helpline ticket and wait for eternity. Even if you got good appreciation and award recommendations from client your promotion is based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

One of the worst mnc I have ever worked and still working, they will not give you release prom project after completing your tenure, they will not give u opportunities to grow, literally telling one of the worst mnc just waiting for a good opportunities once received will leave....Read More

Job security is the main fear here. Working environment also not friendly here always like tens full environment. I didn't know about other process but for my process in Kolkata it is the setuation.
