HRs won't cares about you are alive or dead. No help arrives on your need. No one responds if you raise a helpline ticket and wait for eternity. Even if you got good appreciation and award recommendations from client your promotion is based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

There was too much politics in my project. Few people in project were misusing their powers and impacting other people appraisal, upliftment. These people who has few power, they have been with Wipro more that one decade and only was able to secure small positions in these long career in one organisation. And their they were running the other energetic skilled employees career.

Guys if you are a fresher and if going for a interview at wipro better take a day off because they waste your time so much lack of responsibility. Such a big it company uses only 2 laptops for taking assesment. Which will take almost 5 to 6 hours for your turn. The assessment they will take in shl app which available in playstore soeveryone but still they will call you to the ofc to the give the assessment and wait for 6 hours straight. After that if you clear the svar round. In the ops don't know who's that son of glitch voice specialist he just hires experience no matter who fantastic your interview goes you will be rejected just because you lack experience they just call the freshers for torture. Job security is the main fear here. Working environment also not friendly here always like tens full environment. I didn't know about other process but for my process in Kolkata it is the setuation.
