There is absolutely nothing to like about Wipro. Salary is so low that not a single experinced employee has good character or principles. People are very cheap and try to exploit the hell out of you at every opportunity. I request with folded hands , do not join until your family is dying out of hunger.

NEVER ever , ever ever, join Wipro ltd, unless you are ready to face hell. Working here is literally like hell, you will die mentally everyday from the torture inflicted on your soul, get reaurrected next day and the process goes on. This will go on as long as you work here. Salary is so low that even honest people are forced to ditch their principles and honesty to get the next job role. Managers have absolutely zero character n integrity since their is cut throat competition. I request all from the bottom of my heart never join wipro until and only until your family is not dying from hunger. If at all you have joined by mistake, make sure that you leave within 2 years at any freakin cost or else you will be stuck forever in this hell time loop. Sometimes people get promoted not based on their performances but on their tenure. Attrition rate could be reduced at a tremendous level if potential players are valued and reciprocated to some extent of the hardwork and effort that they put in to meet the metrics.

There is nothing to like Wipro Limited. I have been through the process and i know all about the politics. If you need promotion , you have to gone through the politics and nepotism.

Everything is slow, like growth, salary hike. You can't handle the pressure. The pressure is too high for this salary.
