If you're fresher you will have time to up skill yourself. Some practice management is good but most of them have their own rules to play with your life beside company policies . If you're experienced you need to be in project if not they will give you 45 days time after they try to terminate on bases of lack of skill some managers will force you to resign.

Salary and promotions if you're a fresher and elite batch then you will get retention bonus instead of hike based on rating. Those bonuses will have 2 years bond. This amount keep on increasing even your 3 months notice period salary is not enough to compensate company when you resign if you are not paying back you will not get experience letter .
