Learning is good in wipro. They conducting various sessions, induction kind of classes to upskill ourselves. Helping to write costly exams by providing vouchers.

Dislikes

Salary was same as other IT services companies. And salary growth rate was decent when compared to other service companies.

Talking about my project I liked the challenging work, colleagues are amazing, work life balance was maintained till pandemic

Dislikes

Payscale is very less, an employee who switches to Wipro after 3 years they will give 9 lpa to that employee.... But their own 3 year employee will be working at 4 Lpa
