I wasted 6 years of my life working with Wipro, they might be giving high packages for the people who are coming up with good experience but the employees who are working with Wipro from years they will still get paid very low salaries

In wipro to grow up in career luck factor is more important then knowledge And promotions/appraisal total depends on your relationship with hire people effort to the core project doesn't matter unlucky in my 3 years of experience I never see any hike in my salary so called MSI Before joining they promised us Bonus+yearly hike so we thought for long-term Wipro would be good for career but reality it's entirely opposite Bonus momey which we are receiving the same amount have to repayed if we relieving the company before 2 years on the date of bonus Basically a contract...Read More

Salary growth won't be there for the long timers that is not only in Wipro. Which will be there in all service based company until we do a jump. There won't be any financial growth

1.There is no Birthday/anniversary gift 2.Even DIWALI Bonus & sweets also not offer 3.Not a single Trip arranged 4.Reagarsibg work....If u on bench for longer time then there is LOP.

Working in the Wipro is good, but again it depends on the type of the project the person is working in.

As mentioned above, I sort of like and dislike the project which I currently working on. But overall, Wipro is better for freshers and experienced people who like to stable job rather than looking for a growth.

There is no new learning, no new upskilling. There is complete politics during compny appraisal and promotion,if your are managers chamcha you will definitely getting hike and promotion. There is no work life balance. And after giving your all lifetime hardwork you are getting chillar as a hike ,please leave company if you are getting good hike in othere company...

Work culture -Spirit of wipro is followed and inculcated in all the employees. Great opportunities provided to Wasians and Wistaites to work and learn and also pursue their PG degrees from VIT Vellore and Bits Pilani.

Dislikes

No fair promotion opportunities, Granting salary hike is biased from practice. Promotions are not based on work in project but rather based on practice contributions and on the "will" of higher managers working in practice.

1. Free Cabs for both sides. 2. You can gain knowledge of the process if you have will power. 3. You can flaunt this company name on your Resume.

1. Tremendously Toxic Environment. 2. Office politics. 3. High end dish dish. 4. They force their employees to Contribute money for office party. 5. No festive gifts, bonus , nothing is there. 6. Excessive salary Deductions. 7. 3rd class management, your manager or your senior will release their frustration on whatsapp call, so thatyou can't record it. 8. Plaster of office building starts peeling off during Storms (Noida office) 9. Excessive travelling time of Cabs. Cab Driver will arrive at your place on 3:20 PM and will drop you to the office on 4:20 PM (*If you are working in 5:30 pm to 3:00 am Shift). 10. No annual salary hike. They offer only 3% salary hike after completing 18 months in the company. 11. One year service Bond is also there for freshers. 12. They make their employee work like a bonded labour. 13. Completely night shift for US processes, but they do not offer any Night Allowances. 14. They ask their employees for extra hours login and on weekends as well. 15. 3rd class desktops, they use very old laptops as a CPU for desktop. Also they tie these laptops with the table. 16. They do not provide leaves easily. 17. You have to complete 2 day's work in 1 day if you have taken 1 day leave. 18. Seniors are completely Non-Supportive. 19. Process Training program is completely Junked. They will provide only one time process training and also you have no rights to record the training session. After completing the training, if you ask any doubts during processing something, they will never help you. 20. There is no fixed role. You might get hired in a certain role. But they will make you work on a completely different task. Working overtime is naturally expected out of you. And let alone personal leaves, public holidays might get cancelled the night before without any prior notice.

Work life balance is awesome. Also they provide plenty of ways to upskill yourself. I've got complete gen ai licenses and tools required along with Udemy to learn and try our gen ai which is awesome. Also I think they respect good work and recognize your efforts. I've got 6% hike after couple years of my joining for a rating of 4.
