Everything depends on your project. I have been horrible ones and decent ones too. The best part of Wipro was only job security unless you are on the bench. It gives access to Udemy and has medical reimbursement. They gave me 2 weeks of COVID leaves when I tested positive.

Dislikes

Pretty much everything. They train in random technologies that no one asks for and that will stick with you forever. It is very difficult to switch to different tech and get development work. Limited growth, No work on latest and cutting edge tech. Learned nothing much in my 4-year tenure. Nonsense stuff like time on the floor anduseless training are taken more seriously.
