There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Monthly medical budget for employees and access to learning portal for up skilling.

Dislikes

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

The work culture and the work life style is really good. Working with the team feels very friendly atmosphere to handle any kind of critical situation we deal it with team

We receive less response from Hr and manager, no perks for hard work no recognition
