The process of promotion is bit different, it entirely depends on the manager's nomination and now it has changed to role based. So if different parameters are implemented to provide promotion would be great.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no appreciation, no career growth. Also managers will not release us from the project as we are low budget scholar trainee. They will provide favours to their family and friends. They will help them to get highlighted in front of clients, even if they are not having any skills. But they are being praised. They are getting good salary, they are getting hybrid policy. But for us no such favours, no hybrid policy for us. We are going office everyday, doing overtime, yet no rating no hikes no praise, because we are not their family or friends. Too much politics, management is too biased. I wasted 6 years of my life working with Wipro, they might be giving high packages for the people who are coming up with good experience but the employees who are working with Wipro from years they will still get paid very low salaries

As far as one is part of a project all is ok, if they move to bench and unable to to get a project which is most likely due to unavailability of projects then they will get fired. 30 to 45 days of bench followed by 2 months of loss of pay then tata bye bye. Across any company there is no value for human, as far as you are earning for the company, the company will value it, the company policies doesn't give a damn about the people, their family etc....Read More

They kept me in freepool, without client billing..however made me work for internal project Byt wipro considered it as freepool , I waited for 3months and resigned After resigning they forcefully tagged me in a project without salary In Final settlement they asked to pay back 1lkh , and not paying me salary of 40 days work that I done If I reach HR and final settlement team, they are not ready to assist, they just say please refere the final settlement document They are not even ok to have a discussion...Read More

Dislikes

Transportation is very bad. The pickup is coming 2 hours early, which reduces our rest time, and the drop-off is delayed by 2 hours, making the workday even longer. Also, the drivers often take the wrong route, increasing the travel time. Since we’re already working 14-hour shifts, this is adding to the fatigue and affecting productivity. Please look into this and help resolve it soon.
