I wasted 6 years of my life working with Wipro, they might be giving high packages for the people who are coming up with good experience but the employees who are working with Wipro from years they will still get paid very low salaries

In wipro to grow up in career luck factor is more important then knowledge And promotions/appraisal total depends on your relationship with hire people effort to the core project doesn't matter unlucky in my 3 years of experience I never see any hike in my salary so called MSI Before joining they promised us Bonus+yearly hike so we thought for long-term Wipro would be good for career but reality it's entirely opposite Bonus momey which we are receiving the same amount have to repayed if we relieving the company before 2 years on the date of bonus Basically a contract...Read More

Dislikes

Salary growth won't be there for the long timers that is not only in Wipro. Which will be there in all service based company until we do a jump. There won't be any financial growth

1.There is no Birthday/anniversary gift 2.Even DIWALI Bonus & sweets also not offer 3.Not a single Trip arranged 4.Reagarsibg work....If u on bench for longer time then there is LOP.

Working in the Wipro is good, but again it depends on the type of the project the person is working in.

As mentioned above, I sort of like and dislike the project which I currently working on. But overall, Wipro is better for freshers and experienced people who like to stable job rather than looking for a growth.

There is no new learning, no new upskilling. There is complete politics during compny appraisal and promotion,if your are managers chamcha you will definitely getting hike and promotion. There is no work life balance. And after giving your all lifetime hardwork you are getting chillar as a hike ,please leave company if you are getting good hike in othere company...

Lack of projects and HR system is worst. They simply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. Wipro has many projects for technical support profile but the candidate should have been informed about what all things will he/she as an individual will handle. How much of in hand salary will be received. Is hybrid mode available for the project which the individual is greeting tagged to. Manager employee concerns should be addressed by BHR’s which is not done.

Infrastructure and environment are good. PAN India some times not suitable for peopelr having families and kids education.

1) Senior peoples are mad there (Not all few of them) . They are just becoming LEGACY in the industry. 2) People do not get chance to work on technology they are hierd for and experts rather they put down in LEGACY. 3) HR is a person who takes care of HRD. But they are just time pass there.

The bench system , even the management does not clear all the process with employee , if the project yet to come still they hired people and moved on bench and not giving them salary, WFM team doesn't respond you if you moved pn bench , there no clear communication with employee and management/HR they just ignore peoples questions

Only learning is good as it provides various sources to learn and grow personally

Work culture, Promotion, Working hours is more, working on even Saturday and Sunday, No work life balance, Salary is very low as compared to market.
