Lost my job. In this pandemic situation they asked me to leave the company as company is going through a loss. But how much it's right to terminate a employee for whom company was getting profit. I was ready for salary deduction also. But now from last 2 month struggling for a job. Even I am not able to support my family. It's really a hard time. I might have switch to other company before 1 year. The managers keep saying we are converting you to permanent position. So I kept working for Wipro. Now in the mid of may they said 3rd June is your last working day. Seriously.. it's was a very thought time. Even the manager was satisfied with my work and client was also happy with my work. How much it is justified to terminate a employee in this covid situation....Read More

Lost my job after lot of commitments from the managers to make me permanent from last 1.5 years. Even my client RBS was satisfied for my work.
