No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.

Not even conducting any programmes for any Indian festival so it lacks in good environment. Not even getting any government leaves due to Australia projects, so more tired of working 9.5 hours for everyday. No promotion and not even getting good appraisal from the management So after seeing all these if any interested join then it's there own risk

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. The company culture, the people (colleagues and team leads) are good. It doesn't stay the same if you go up the hierarchy. Job security is quite a big factor why everyone is sticking here.

You need to work for atleast 1.5 years (18 months) to get promoted. They pay the least in the market and the increment in salary doens't even beat inflation. Even if you work very hard for the non sensical data points, they will drive you insane by the time you come to realise that you've lost a part of yourself. 0 Work satisfaction. Mostly filled up with non-ambitious people who do not have any intention or interest in making any considerable change in the society or the world. No work time u have to work till late night, no salary increment, only give u promotion not salary increment especially WGS account, they don't care about employees only they want work. They asked to work on weekends also and late night work need to do. No comp off no shift allowance. Manager don't have any technical skillset and in Support role, he thinks its a customer support role and wants to finish call or chat within a minute whilst he doesn't know how much time it takes to resolve the technical issue, and he threatens that he will complaint to HR if asks any questions to him, and all upper hierarchy are afraid of him, and under influence of him.

Pathetic company, need have no feeling for you, and talks illogical all the times which cause more stress and affect your well-being.
