The Indian employees at Wipro are the reason why us Indians can never get a work-life balance. Even if you work 8:30 AM - 7 PM, it is considered a part time job according to a few members in the leadership roles. There are pathetic people who work on holidays, vacations and make you feel guilty if you can't do the same You won't be able to spend your after office hours the way you want. "My Time" is only Wipro's time according to them. The hikes are vey bad compared to other peers in the industry. While other companies have given double digit hikes at least once in the last 3 years, the situation here is very different. The hikes have actually been delayed every year after the Covid pandemic while the company has seen record profits in 2021 and continue to do so....Read More

Manager can put employee under the truck anytime in front of client. HR is pathetic. They don't do any work. System issue is the standard answer. 3 month notice period is a big problem.
