No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Pramotion and Salary increment worst.. When we ask salary increment and band pramotion to manager and project DM , PM he told complete the training post completion the mapped training... After he told take another work for band pramotion..I agreed for the same but ..after getting new update from PM and senor people we can not given band pramotion... Bad 😞😞

Actually my 'The TL' & "The SME" were very bad persons. They tortured me as well as used abuse languages. I was mentally tortured by him, that the reason committed suicide only for Mr. Dulal Choubey (TL) & Vikram Kumar Singh. I told many times Company's management as well as told them that changing my process but they didn't take any actions Because The are compan's assets. Being an MNC, there was job security. Work environment and infrastructure is good.

1. Poor growth and very low hike, delayed promotions. 2. No learning due to purely support projects and low quality work 3. Heavy politics and incompetent management 4. Talented educated skilled people are pushed to sideline by mediocre incompetent people 5. Management keep fooling on the matter of onsite opportunities, appraisals are biased. Toxic managers with double standards sell blatant lies whole day and used to fool people. I am very happy that I have left this company and got rid of negative environment. As support system is somewhat okay so you will have job security and sometimes parallel promotions also. But those will not leads to salary hike.

Salary hike is very hopeless and literally no work life balance. You will not get any energetic time for yourself to do any productive things in personal life. Working hours are very horrible and against your body circadian rhythm. You will definitely caught any disease if you work in those outside regular working hours for continuous 1 year. Additionally in some of the projects, work stress will mentally punish you. So overall you have no work life balance.
