No projects. Zero job security. Managers are not upto their level. Human resource team do not know how to utilize resources, they hire in bulk. At the end, they do massive layoffs.

Lack of projects and HR system is worst. They simply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. Wipro Chennai location especially not a good work culture firm, there is a partiality amon the Chennai and outside Tamil people, Manager always point out non locals who are out side Chennai people....job security is very worst...Manager is not a supportive person, they only supports Tamil people.

Not good communication except the project if you're out of project no one guide you to the next step eg: I was on ML leave then on bench and then LOP suddenly HR called me to apply volunteer resignation after I reliving they asking me to pay the amount bcz of taking extra leaves so that they give reliving letter 😔 it's approximately my 1 month salary.

Overall it's a good company with fixable working hours.

Drawback is company gives excellent Overtime but the increment is so bad because it gives excellent Overtime but what about those who don't get overtime based on their workflow if they don't have enough work or workflow inventory so that they can get overtime.
