Politics, no growth for working peoples, need to have politics person or have to be a spy. Work culture and management is very bad. Too toxic culture. No experience certificate. Only they provide relief letter after resign, which have mentioned as only the joining and releasing date. No personal life. Zero GROWTH Everything is bad.Employee with 4 yrs experience still doing same work or project shift, but a spy or connected insider person get promoted every year with incriment. Person with other backgrounds with zero knowledge managing the medical device cases, results huge amount of wrong entry of cases. Too toxic condition. You will be governed by most of the non medical management if you are going to join medical field in Wipro. Have to work like labour. No leaves in holiday. They kept me in freepool, without client billing..however made me work for internal project Byt wipro considered it as freepool , I waited for 3months and resigned After resigning they forcefully tagged me in a project without salary In Final settlement they asked to pay back 1lkh , and not paying me salary of 40 days work that I done If I reach HR and final settlement team, they are not ready to assist, they just say please refere the final settlement document They are not even ok to have a discussion...Read More

Working at Wipro as an Associate feel really proud and I really glad to have a great opportunity to work in MNC like wipro and I hope that this experience will be helpful for my rewarding career.

The fact is Wipro give a less Salary and provide lot of benefits with job security. I personally feel that giving less pay as compared to other MNCs is a negative things.

Transportation is very bad. The pickup is coming 2 hours early, which reduces our rest time, and the drop-off is delayed by 2 hours, making the workday even longer. Also, the drivers often take the wrong route, increasing the travel time. Since we’re already working 14-hour shifts, this is adding to the fatigue and affecting productivity. Please look into this and help resolve it soon.

Hike percentage, reffered hike, there is no encouragement/credits for the work which we do Doesn't care about employees in bench. Even if projects aren't there they need you to get into a project or within 30 days you would be relieved from work

Upskill tie ups are good.

Dislikes

HRs won't cares about you are alive or dead. No help arrives on your need. No one responds if you raise a helpline ticket and wait for eternity. Even if you got good appreciation and award recommendations from client your promotion is based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.
