They will not help you get tagged to any projects no matters what you have learned how many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.

Wipro has good training initiatives but lately the quality of the training material and initiatives have dropped down. As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. If sometimes work is not being done on time or delayed as an average new joinee, then it does not affect that much.

Dislikes

Poor management of giving training and project allocation because you have to work which is below your skill level and even not your skill. Suppose you mentioned one skill in resume, but you will not get project based on that. Project allocation team forces employees on bench to take any project, even which is not at your skill level.
