There is nothing really good here, not even job security since that 45 days pool policy. If you are in pool for more than 45 days they would stop your salary and after some time they will force you to resign. Or threaten you to terminate.

Everything sucks here, if you are getting enough money then only join.No other reason to work here

Preferences of work location are not considered. Below average annual increment as per inflation. Poor management. Wipro called me at office even at the time of covid surge.
