High level politics, Fevourism, Major issue is "Skip meeting" arrangement should be change nothing happens, employee knows very well if you tell the truth about management that's why they can't talk real. They talk only sugar coated which the management want to hear good things only. Everything is terrible at Wipro from their manager to their senior manager too much office politics. And no stability once the project's get over they will terminate you. Especially if you are from Mumbai don't join Wipro ghansoli location ( in ghansoli there is client location from client location you'll have to work).

I got to learn a lot of things related to finance domain. Got to know about various softwares and tools of the market. The infrastructure is absolutely good.

What I didn't liked is the environment of work they are providing. Non-supportive seniors, poor training program and no promotional opportunities. Poor appraisal cycle. They don't value their good employees as well. Always rebuking their employees.

Management is very bias and they only promote employees those are on their favour. Worst micro management. They didn’t allow you to take breaks. And expect to work 24/7. And they put you on Bench whenever manager decides. Increments given to only favourites employees.

First reason very less for payscale for freshers compared to other organizations. Very less appraisals and hikes. Casuals environment no enthusiasm at all just like government job. Employees have to pay PF for them as well for company. Less care about employee.

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

If you don't know English language still Wipro give us chance to work with them. They support us, encourage us, they provide us all material to improve our personality development. I love you Wipro who give me to chance . Now I am perfect in n English language.
