If you don't know English language still Wipro give us chance to work with them. They support us, encourage us, they provide us all material to improve our personality development. I love you Wipro who give me to chance . Now I am perfect in n English language.

Worst Management Team. Specially Team Leader they are thinking he is the owner of the company. Subhajit Dey in Elevancehealth insurance Team Leader always came late in office. Hr team is the Worst team in kolkata location.

In Wipro increment is very less.A lot of work will be given if you perform well but during appraisal they will not give you the hike you are expecting, they will praise you with words not with hike.

Gives very less salary compared to other organizations. As a post graduate me who working in the organization felt many times that for the sum of salary I'm working more than 13-14 hrs with transport. How many years you work you only get less hike. The company doesn't give money as per living standard of the city.

Wipro have a good work culture also an excellent environment and infrastructure there is job security in Wipro. All staf is helpfull.

Dislike about Wipro is nothing but my project on which I was working was not fruitful there was no single Indian holiday and US holiday was given throughout the my Wipro career it should be there.

Work environment is not good at all. They are never satisfied with your work nor recognises your hard work & the efforts you have putten. It was a daily routine to get scolded for everyone working here no matter what's your position even our assistant manager has suffered a lot. They just keep demotivating you & get your moral down.

Everything, no job security, no help from higher authorities. They will not help you get tagged to any projects no matters what you have learned how many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.

Terrible promotion opportunities. People with good relationships are moatly promoted or someone who has put in papers. Company does not tealize your worth unless you resign and then they promise hike, promotion and onsite opportunities.

They hire you for different work and they change your process according to their requirements and the your career will suffer and there us very toxic work culture and micromanagement ...there is no benefits and they torture you by deducting your salary also...don't provides allowed leaves too
