No work life balance, no appreciation, no career growth. Also managers will not release us from the project as we are low budget scholar trainee. They will provide favours to their family and friends. They will help them to get highlighted in front of clients, even if they are not having any skills. But they are being praised. They are getting good salary, they are getting hybrid policy. But for us no such favours, no hybrid policy for us. We are going office everyday, doing overtime, yet no rating no hikes no praise, because we are not their family or friends. Too much politics, management is too biased. Multiple things are there 1. Work life balance 2. Appraisal 3. Projects opportunity 4. Management support 5. Location change 6. Infrastructure 7. Bonus and extra benefits. All of the above are not at all good. Need so many improvement.

I wasted 6 years of my life working with Wipro, they might be giving high packages for the people who are coming up with good experience but the employees who are working with Wipro from years they will still get paid very low salaries

Working in the Wipro is good, but again it depends on the type of the project the person is working in.

As mentioned above, I sort of like and dislike the project which I currently working on. But overall, Wipro is better for freshers and experienced people who like to stable job rather than looking for a growth.

There was too much politics in my project. Few people in project were misusing their powers and impacting other people appraisal, upliftment. These people who has few power, they have been with Wipro more that one decade and only was able to secure small positions in these long career in one organisation. And their they were running the other energetic skilled employees career.
