No work time u have to work till late night, no salary increment, only give u promotion not salary increment especially WGS account, they don't care about employees only they want work. They asked to work on weekends also and late night work need to do. No comp off no shift allowance. North and south Indian partiality observed in wipro south India offices. South Indian will always prefer south Indian team members. No promitions, if on bench for 45 days, u will loose u r pay and may be fired. Large bench available in wipro.

You need to work for atleast 1.5 years (18 months) to get promoted. They pay the least in the market and the increment in salary doens't even beat inflation.
