Actually my 'The TL' & "The SME" were very bad persons. They tortured me as well as used abuse languages. I was mentally tortured by him, that the reason committed suicide only for Mr. Dulal Choubey (TL) & Vikram Kumar Singh. There was too much politics in my project. Few people in project were misusing their powers and impacting other people appraisal, upliftment. These people who has few power, they have been with Wipro more that one decade and only was able to secure small positions in these long career in one organisation. And their they were running the other energetic skilled employees career.

If you are working for ALIGHT DB Domain, then it's tough to work in this technology. This is not the domain you will find in every company, Tools are internals. So no open source tool they are using. Only work on in-house tool. So learning is less for open source category.

As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. Wipro will tell you that it will upskill but that is for the sake of the business, demands will make you a labour nothing more. We need to take approval for leave from both client and Wipro manager. No promotion. Only one vegetable is available in canteen for all 5 days. No technical maintainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

No work time u have to work till late night, no salary increment, only give u promotion not salary increment especially WGS account, they don't care about employees only they want work. They asked to work on weekends also and late night work need to do. No comp off no shift allowance. Manager don't have any technical skillset and in Support role, he thinks its a customer support role and wants to finish call or chat within a minute whilst he doesn't know how much time it takes to resolve the technical issue, and he threatens that he will complaint to HR if asks any questions to him, and all upper hierarchy are afraid of him, and under influence of him.

1. Poor growth and very low hike, delayed promotions. 2. No learning due to purely support projects and low quality work 3. Heavy politics and incompetent management 4.
