Transportation is very bad. The pickup is coming 2 hours early, which reduces our rest time, and the drop-off is delayed by 2 hours, making the workday even longer. Also, the drivers often take the wrong route, increasing the travel time. Since we’re already working 14-hour shifts, this is adding to the fatigue and affecting productivity. Please look into this and help resolve it soon.

No job openings for juniors,no good opportunity to switch roles and not receiving good rating even though we perform well,less salary hike percentage,and not easy to get promotions.

No work time u have to work till late night, no salary increment, only give u promotion not salary increment especially WGS account, they don't care about employees only they want work. They asked to work on weekends also and late night work need to do. No comp off no shift allowance. I liked the salary structure which have clear picture, no hidden matter. Hibrid system give lot of flexibility, pick and drop fesilities is good here.

Job security is the main fear here. Working environment also not friendly here always like tens full environment. I didn't know about other process but for my process in Kolkata it is the setuation. However it also stringent me eventually. These nagative things also helped me to discover new. So my gratitude for wipro will be always there. It helped me to take my career to next level.
