There is multiple hierarchy of managers and leads. Nobody even know what we are doing for clients. Some managers are so dumb that they doesn't even know who our clients are. Still they get to decide on our appraisals and promotions.

One of the worst mnc I have ever worked and still working, they will not give you release prom project after completing your tenure, they will not give u opportunities to grow, literally telling one of the worst mnc just waiting for a good opportunities once received will leave....Read More
