- Too much politics in place - Senior people are arrogant. There is no respect to each other, senior people will start showing their authority from day 1 (as if it is like a government organization) - Lesser opportunities for career growth as your career growth is dependant on the fact that your boss should like you (not your work) and you shouldn't be as smart as your boss - No transparency in any processes- At the time of hiring they were promising a lot of things, but eventually you will find that they won't even support you. No teams will even reposed to your tickets (average response time for any HR/ IT/ insurance tickets will be 10-15 days the too after many follow-ups). Also they said the work will be remote at the time of hiring and in 30 days they have asked me to visit office 3 days in a week. - No facilities fr snacks or anything. Though they earn billions of dollars, nothing is given back to the employees...Read More
