Nothing in particular. Training. Initial stages of professional life at the junior career is good. Onsite opportunity in the initial stages.

Dislikes

1. No Strategy and no Vision 2. Always cost cutting oriented, Lay-off oriented and no revenue focus. 3. Remove the Seniors, but promote the highly paid top management 4. No real reskilling, but on the paper. 5. Just lives on the day
