Everything based on management. I have been spending more than 7 years. I see three management change. I realized all of above management plays a big role. If they are good your good if not bad.

Working in Wipro BPS was a great journey of self improvement. However, the benefits or appraisals are poor in Wipro BPS. Which need to be improved.

Work environment is not good at all. They are never satisfied with your work nor recognises your hard work & the efforts you have putten. It was a daily routine to get scolded for everyone working here no matter what's your position even our assistant manager has suffered a lot. They just keep demotivating you & get your moral down.

Everything, no job security, no help from higher authorities. They will not help you get tagged to any projects no matters what you have learned how many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.

Terrible promotion opportunities. People with good relationships are moatly promoted or someone who has put in papers. Company does not tealize your worth unless you resign and then they promise hike, promotion and onsite opportunities.

Culture is not good, work pressure are more, no holiday, All holidays we are working. This is not good for our health. They hire you for different work and they change your process according to their requirements and the your career will suffer and there us very toxic work culture and micromanagement ...there is no benefits and they torture you by deducting your salary also...don't provides allowed leaves too
