There is a culture of respect and trust from senior leaders and managers. Being respected is one of the most important thing for human beings in times of toxic work culture.

Dislikes

Bench Policy and Hybrid Policy is no more hybrid. Being pushed to come to office for 3/4 days and punishment for non compliance in terms of leave deduction being proposed.

Nothing. There is nothing great about Wipro

Dislikes

Wipro is by far the worst IT organisation in India. I felt like being a slave and not as an employee. The follow slave culture. Appraisal process is the worst in India. Zero transperency and extreme level of office politics.
