Bench policy only for 3 Months after that employee will be on LOA which will impact employee directly. Deployment to the client will be slower. Cafeteria won't have much options.

Great start after college. Well rahen care of. No work pressure. Understanding team mates. Shift allowances, considerable salary advances, interest free loans, medical insurance

Dislikes

Projects me and batchmates were put on were maintainance and support roles. Compensation is below industry standard. Refreshments areas and canteens need a huge uplift. Recreational activities like swimming pools may be extended to other campuses as well.
