They will remove people without any reasons. In Wipro lot of politics has been taken place. No matter of employee situation they will give immediate resignation without any notice period. Worst experience I had with Wipro.

Everything else. They made me work on every aspect of my project then in my second year there was no appraisal and after my 3rd year in Wipro I expected promotion for all the development I did single handedly and a good appraisal but I was just given 2k rupees in my appraisal and there was no promotion. Wipro's excuse is they cannot generate revenue.

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

If you don't know English language still Wipro give us chance to work with them. They support us, encourage us, they provide us all material to improve our personality development. I love you Wipro who give me to chance . Now I am perfect in n English language.

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment.
