Hike percentage, reffered hike, there is no encouragement/credits for the work which we do Doesn't care about employees in bench. Even if projects aren't there they need you to get into a project or within 30 days you would be relieved from work

If sometimes work is not being done on time or delayed as an average new joinee, then it does not affect that much.
Poor management of giving training and project allocation because you have to work which is below your skill level and even not your skill. Suppose you mentioned one skill in resume, but you will not get project based on that. Project allocation team forces employees on bench to take any project, even which is not at your skill level.

Larning is good
Transportation is very bad. The pickup is coming 2 hours early, which reduces our rest time, and the drop-off is delayed by 2 hours, making the workday even longer. Also, the drivers often take the wrong route, increasing the travel time. Since we’re already working 14-hour shifts, this is adding to the fatigue and affecting productivity. Please look into this and help resolve it soon.

Upskill tie ups are good.
HRs won't cares about you are alive or dead. No help arrives on your need. No one responds if you raise a helpline ticket and wait for eternity. Nagative points: hike and career growth. Why I am saying carrer growth, Managers and Tl have their favourite employees so they choose them first. If you have good performance still they will not look in to this. They choose only their favourite employees. Coming to hike, it's very less.
