Not a very transparent place to work. Project tagging is random, opportunities for the benched resources are hit or miss. If the project/account is not a well managed one, it takes a toll on the resources' mental and physical health. Multitasking is the only way to survive whatever maybe our Role in that project. Annual hikes will be provided as retention bonds for 2+ years so even after so much contribution CTC will never see a raise. Most technical resources spend their daily on Excel sheets and endless status calls and can only focus on deliverables by staying up late or by logging in at weekends....Read More
