I worked for almost 6 years on same salary package, got 1 appraisal after 4 years, after contract completion and then again didn’t get any appraisal or salary hike for almost another 2 years, when i was serving notice period just to make me feel that they are doing efforts, they ask me to accept promotion without any salary hike. They are just giving me band progression. Those were my 5+ years wasted without any salary increment or knowledge gain.
