Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. No work ethics, no work life balance, no proper management and even the senior leadership is not supportive. Wipro in 2024-25, lost many projects and unnecessarily hiring people not able to give any projects to them. I would suggest to go for Wipro as last option. Company policies are not constant and keep changing as they want.

Not even conducting any programmes for any Indian festival so it lacks in good environment. Not even getting any government leaves due to Australia projects, so more tired of working 9.5 hours for everyday.
