Based on project budget issue my manager did not promote me to next band . It's really very bad thing I faced . So there should be policy that after a certain time every emp should be promoted to next band basis on some assessment . And the 2nd thing I dislike is lot of my colleagues moved to free pool for project ramped down and it's been 7 months they didn't get new project . And in Wipro , they stops giving salary if a emp is in free pool for more than 45 days ....Read More
