Actually my 'The TL' & "The SME" were very bad persons. They tortured me as well as used abuse languages. I was mentally tortured by him, that the reason committed suicide only for Mr. Dulal Choubey (TL) & Vikram Kumar Singh. There was too much politics in my project. Few people in project were misusing their powers and impacting other people appraisal, upliftment. These people who has few power, they have been with Wipro more that one decade and only was able to secure small positions in these long career in one organisation. And their they were running the other energetic skilled employees career.

If you are working for ALIGHT DB Domain, then it's tough to work in this technology. This is not the domain you will find in every company, Tools are internals. So no open source tool they are using. Only work on in-house tool. So learning is less for open source category.

Wipro has good training initiatives but lately the quality of the training material and initiatives have dropped down. As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. Wipro will tell you that it will upskill but that is for the sake of the business, demands will make you a labour nothing more. The fact is Wipro give a less Salary and provide lot of benefits with job security. I personally feel that giving less pay as compared to other MNCs is a negative things.

Transportation is very bad. The pickup is coming 2 hours early, which reduces our rest time, and the drop-off is delayed by 2 hours, making the workday even longer. Also, the drivers often take the wrong route, increasing the travel time. Since we’re already working 14-hour shifts, this is adding to the fatigue and affecting productivity. Please look into this and help resolve it soon.

Hike percentage, reffered hike, there is no encouragement/credits for the work which we do Doesn't care about employees in bench. Even if projects aren't there they need you to get into a project or within 30 days you would be relieved from work

Upskill tie ups are good.

HRs won't cares about you are alive or dead. No help arrives on your need. No one responds if you raise a helpline ticket and wait for eternity. Even if you got good appreciation and award recommendations from client your promotion is based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

Nagative points: hike and career growth. Why I am saying carrer growth, Managers and Tl have their favourite employees so they choose them first. If you have good performance still they will not look in to this. They choose only their favourite employees. Coming to hike, it's very less.
